Porchtown Church is honored to be a part of the 2012 Lenten Series with the Delaware Bay Cluster Churches! Our contribution will be Holy Thursday Observation on April 5 where participants will experience the Lord's Last Supper in our brand new “Upper Room!” Watch for details after New Years.

Our Pantry is now set up in the trailer! Thank you for helping us serve the community!

EACH COMMUNION WEEKEND IS SOUPER SUNDAY!!

Please bring boxed or canned items to church anytime - but especially on Souper Sundays!

Items most appreciated incl. pop-top, ready-to-eat meals like stews, soups, mac & cheese, etc. plus cereals, peanut butter, jelly & personal hygiene items: soaps, shampoos, shaving supplies, plus laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.

    Clean, Gently used clothing also accepted for our Clothes Closet! See Ruth or Lisa for details!

March 2 Event: The World Day of Prayer is a worldwide movement of Christian women of many traditions who come together to observe a common day of prayer each year, and who, in many countries, have a continuing relationship in prayer and service. The 2012 focus is “Let Justice Prevail

District Day of Learning: Saturday, March 3 from 8:30 am-3 pm at Pitman UM Church. “The Church's Gifts...Fruit-bearing Ministries” is the theme w/26 great class options. Registration deadline is Feb. 24. The church will pay your $10 fee! See Mike Dziuba for details. Extra brochures/registration in Narthex.
